STAKES HILL ROAD - Burglary

Good Afternoon Resident,

I am writing this witness appeal to residents who live close by to this incident.

Where - Harbour Vets, Stakes Hill Road, Waterlooville

When - Overnight on 27/01/26 into the 28/01/26

What happened - Informant reporting that unknown persons have broken into the premise overnight. A person of interest dressed in all black was seen in the area with a wheelbarrow at approximately 06:40 hours on 28/01/26. Did you see this person or do you have CCTV or dash cam footage that may have captured them?
